Dear “Child Friends Members”, who are devoted to the health of our children, the heirs of the future;

“Child Friends Association” was established in 2016. Our association, whose aim is to ensure a healthier growth of our future generations and to provide children with the most ideal conditions, takes its power from our esteemed members.

Our goal is to support and to lead initiatives for efforts to improve child health primarily in Istanbul and Turkey and also in the world.

The first 4 Pediatric Friends Congresses, organized by Şişli Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital, were successfully held with the intense participation and support of the pediatric community in our country, and this gave rise to the idea of ensuring the integrity of the Training and Research Hospitals’ Pediatric Clinics of Istanbul.

The establishment purpose of our association is to take an important place in children's health issues in our country with its strong staff. Big goals were achieved in a short time with the work done together.

Our association anticipates that by acting together with all associations and organizations operating in the field of child health, more important decisions and activations will be made.

The most important activity of our association is the Children's Friends Congress, where current developments in child health are followed in a completely scientific environment, and especially young pediatricians and pediatrics residents are kept at the forefront. Our association plans to organize 4 symposiums and 6 meetings annually. We have no doubts about the experience, knowledge and solidarity of our members. We believe that this type of work can be done easily and this will bring us to a respectable place both in the country and in the world.

We hope to see all “children's friends” among us who will share the "Always do the best you can" philosophy for our children,
